1. Definitions and Interpretation

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Username and Password Protection

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

Most deposits via GCash and Maya are credited instantly to your Account balance. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process depending on the issuing bank. 777sh2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. Deposits become final and non-refundable once credited to your Account, except in cases of technical error.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures and Timeframes

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. Standard processing time is up to six (6) hours for verified accounts using GCash or Maya, and up to forty-eight (48) hours for bank transfers. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 require KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in the Account holder's name.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ₱500,000, and monthly withdrawal limit is ₱5,000,000, subject to VIP tier adjustments. 777sh2 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a processing fee of 2.5% or ₱50, whichever is greater. Third-party payment processor fees are the responsibility of the Player.

4.5 Wagering Requirements on Deposits

To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits used exclusively to claim bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements outlined in the bonus terms.

5. Betting Rules and Limits

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

Sports betting results are based on official final scores as determined by the relevant governing body. 5.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

777sh2 reserves the right to void bets and correct errors in the event of obvious mistakes including but not limited to incorrect odds, pricing errors, duplicate bets, or technical glitches. Players will be notified of voided bets, and stakes will be refunded to their Account balance.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 777sh2 are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the respective promotion. Bonus funds are separate from real money balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Violation of bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

Free spin winnings typically carry a twenty-five times (25x) wagering requirement. 8. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

• Providing false identity documents or registration information
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions

8.2 Account Suspension and Closure

777sh2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, refuse service, void bets, and withhold funds in cases where Terms violations are detected. Suspended Players will be notified via email with an explanation of the violation. Appeals may be submitted within fourteen (14) days of suspension notice.

8.3 Funds Held in Suspended Accounts

In the event of account suspension for fraud or Terms violations, 777sh2 reserves the right to retain funds pending investigation. Legitimate remaining balances (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned following a ninety (90) day investigation period, subject to any applicable fees, chargebacks, or penalties.

9. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content on 777sh2, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game designs, user interfaces, audio, video, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of 777sh2 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws. 10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
